Myy brother and I enjoyed going to the triple features every New Years Eve at the Crest. I also remember standing in line for what seemed a long, long time for the opening night of GI Blues with Elvis.
I’m so excited they are renovating this theater. I spent many many happy hours there as a little kid in the fifties, when it was the OzÃ¥rk, and lucky me—within walking distance of my childhood home. Does anyone know the timeline on the preservation?

Watch out for teen-friendly movies on weekends and school holidays—this theater can get very noisy!
