Taken on 2 July 1926, this aerial photo captures the auditorium of the 1910 Picturedrome behind the pre-existing line of shops on Buxton Road. Huddersfield Town Hall (with an interesting wrought-iron entrance canopy over the pavement) should help in identifying the location in the much-changed town centre.
