Marysville Drive-In image taken by Albert S. “Al” Johnson on opening day in September 1950. According to family records, the Marysville was the third Michigan drive-in built by Al’s Johnson Construction Company. This view shows the parking area and screen.
Members of the Michigan History Facebook page have pointed out that the large facility in the background was an Edison power plant on the Saint Clair River.
