Marysville Drive-In. Kodachrome image taken by Albert S. “Al” Johnson in August 1950. Al’s Johnson Construction Company built the venue in Marysville, Michigan.
This is another view of the same truss being raised into place. You can also see in this image how all the vertical trusses were connected with each other to form the frame of the screen tower prior to being sheathed with plywood and asbestos panels.
