View of the Fremont’s marquee in Spring, 1984. At the time of this series of photos, the Fremont’s neon was not in use. At night, only the “FREMONT” name, in white neon on the marquee, the readerboards, and the soffit lighting would light up. The whole neon display was not repaired and relit until the 1990s.
