Paris Cinema 68 Oak Street, Portland, ME
The Empire Theatre opened October 8, 1913, a conversion of former horse stable which became a roller skating rink. It was extended in 1917 to the plans of architectural firm Brown & Berry of Portland.

It was rebuilt and reopened on September 22, 1924 and was equipped with a Wurlitzer organ which was opened by organist Leo Lesieur. It was still listed in 1955 and was later renamed Paris Cinema. It was demolished in the early-1980’s - Notes by Lost Memory
