BAD TASTE LEFT IN MY MOUTH FROM THE ROTTEN TOMATO OF AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS THEATER!
I had a very bad experience with this theater today. This may have been my fault as the movie I was going to was bound to flop. I went to watch G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra with my father. Thirty minutes tops into the film I couldn’t stand it any longer. I was ready to crawl out of my skin as the level of horribleness was off the charts. Rather than waste any more of my life I went to ask for my money back. And I quote, “Can I have my money back, this film is horrible.” The young girl behind the counter immediately got angry and said they don’t give money back unless the film breaks. I told her “Everywhere I have been does.” She got very intense and told me she was the owners daughter and there was nothing that she could or would do. I told her “You’re being rude. I’m not being rude to you now please stop.” I politely stood my ground firmly to the point of her almost yelling. Finally she scratched “Admit one” on the back of my stubs and signed her name, also giving me the owners number. (her parents) I pointed out that we had seen District 9 today with two other people from our work crew so I had already patronized her establishment. She didn’t care. Unfortunately for Williston there doesn’t seem to be an alternative theater. To all who visit here I would steer clear of the owners daughter at all cost and be sure not to engage in conflict with her as she is highly rude and unaware of customer service.
