Scanlans New Neon Limited (corner Young & McEvoy Streets, Zetland) provided the vertical sign and outside lighting effects. The interior was claimed to feature the first use of concealed neon lighting in a theater. Raycophone sound and other bio equipment supplied by Harrington’s Ltd. Air conditioning system installed by Unit Heating Systems (Australia) Ltd. to designs, and under the supervision of, J. A. Robinson of The Australian Gas Light Company.
