The most harrowing day for the Easton-Taylor Theater was a multiple fatality bank robbery attempt at the neighboring bank in which the robber fled to the theater dropping loot and ultimately killing a police officer and wounding others from the orchestra pit, wrecking havoc in the theater, and getting killed, himself.
