The building was owned by Edward Switzer who also operated the Central Hotel in Perth Amboy; he leased the theater to a succession of tenants.

Just read scheduled for demolition Feb 5, 2023 building has fallen in such disrepair it could not be salvaged.
From my recollection the proprietors were Mr. George Lang and his wife Anna.

Opened the second week in December, 1927 featuring vaudeville acts and the film “Dress Parade.”
Locals are reporting at this time, Dec. 30, 2013 that there’s work being performed on the theater no other information is known.
