I was at this theater today (12/4/04)to see The Spongebob Movie with my two eleven year old sons. When I complained about a problem with the sound in the movie my complaint was ignored. After the movie I again complained about the lack of attention to my complaint about the sound problem. My comment was met with an apparently annoyed and indifferent response from the three staff members present. They told me “we had a technician working on it”, and offered no apology or consolation whatsoever. This after spending over $30.00…
