Nick Malambri and child, if you look at the Orpheum marquee I uploaded, Nicks store has the coca-cola sign visible in that pic. in this photo the Cafe sign in the distance is 518 Hampshire, 520 was the Glenn, 522 the Savoy, and 524 the Gem theaters.
if you use the street view and look at 115 north 8th you can see an arch above the front door, above that the metal connectors that held the sign to the building are visible when looking at it in person, the building at the North West corner of 8th and Maine was a Saloon and that building is still there also.
In the advertisement, new awning, other was damaged by a storm.

522 had a bowling alley upstairs with the Savoy on the street level after closer look 524 is just out of the pic.
I went there in 1968, when it had 2 screens to choose from.
