The Corinthian columns on the St. Charles Theater are
thought to have been added to the Catskill Mountain House in Haines Falls NY in 1845. I know the theater burned in 1842 and some reports say it was only the interior that burned, the report above states it burned to the ground, so it’s confusing.
If it was just the interior walls that burned it allows me to think that what I wrote above just might be possible.
