On main street, this structure does not exist anymore. I was a doorman,projectionist,theather carpeted stairs to the balcony.Projectors were carbon arc Simplex type.Two projectors. During the 50’s admission was 25 cents,watched the Bowery Boys,Rocky Lane westerns,Superman,and remember the most Gene Autry,after show I quicky ran home to catch the Gene Autry radio broadcast brought to you by Doublemint gum. Later I becme employed by Long Enterprise out of Safford Az. I believe the theatre was called Mauks before it was remodeled,Marquee was added,$50.00 nites on Wed.The film reels or buckets were delivered about 2 am morning’s before the next showing. Rudy Flores
