I was born in 1948, and lived at 4413 5th Ave. until 1966. The “RKO Park” theater was on the corner of 44th and 5th. Never heard of a “Sunset” theater. I hung out at ZaZa’s pizzeria on 47th and 5th. I would have noticed!
