some dogs in malls SMITHHAVEN , UA MASSAPEQUA,WHITMAN (outside ),even in there hayday were weak theaters.

true green acres did well but was located outside the mall . Kings plaza is the only theater i can think of that does well inside a mall.

in that theater twice as a kid the theater was old then. The theater entrance was no the parking lot side not on the street side

i have so many fond memories of this theater as i managed and was district manager for this house.Standing out on the marquee at new years eve watching the ball drop and the thanksgiving day parade perfect hight for the balloons.

CINEPLEX was the company that saved the movie bsns in N.Y. and many other places.Not until CINEPLEX ODEON come along was anyone restoring or putting any money into theaters.

I WAS ONLY HERE ONCE SO I AM NOT SURE , BUT I REMEMBER IT AS A TRIPLEX. WALK IN CANDY STAND IN THE CENTER AND A TWO SIDED MARBEL STAIR CASE TO SECOND FLOOR . THE LARGEST MENS ROON I EVER SAW IN A THEATER

The only theater in NEW YORK not to have a candy stand sold no food or drinks of any kind. RKO / CINEPLEX ALWAYS HELD THERE MANAGER MEETINGS HERE.

only in this theater once on its last day, as i worked for RKO, TO DECIED WHAT WE WERE TO REMOVE.What a bad multiplex job here but what this theater must of been like was still evident.
