Former Studio 35 owner, Frank Marzetti passed away last Sunday. Frank owned the theater with his wife and gave the cinema its current name and had the groundbreaking idea of serving beer at the movies, making Studio 35 the first theater in the United States to serve alcohol.
looks like its reopening this summer. brice outlet is now called Marketplace of the Americas. they are looking for vendors to open booths at the mall.

ron is right they are only using 6 screens right now. i would visit cinemark movies 12 for your second run needs.
ron i saw toy story 3. the print was almost unwatchable. also people from the next show came in early. worst movie experience i’ve had.
yes also no trailers a very bad print. the movie stopped twice due to projection problems.
i went today and no clean theaters and broken seats.
i was able to get some yellow bricks from the clinton last night.

a small fire started on the stage tonight. it was put out by performers on stage.
ron i think they are just tearing it down so someone might buy the land and build. so now it might be a empty lot for years to come.

the clintons going but good news the cleve is coming back.
signs posted out front read “future site of the linden cleve theater”. also includes a picture of what it will look like.

sunday the hallway was lit. also they don’t mask the side of the screens. so it has fuzzy edges.
studio 35 in columbus made a dvd. turned out great. they had a interview with a woman that was at opening day. you might find one.
at the re-opening they showed a history of the theater digital video on a movie screen. better than nothing.

the cleve is now in contract by the pastor of the church next door. they want to make it a theater again. just a shell inside.
the blu-ray will have footage of eric stoltz as marty.
you can still see the outline of the old sign on the building. no pre-show just music and dark rooms. can’t see to sit down.
