This photo was probably taken in 1941 at the Rose Theater in Andrews.
The contirbutor of this posting, David Stoebner is correct about the ownership of the Rose, the Mustang Drive-In and in addtion to that the Wallace Theater in Andrews which were all owned by Wallace Blankenship.
