A close address for the one is Metternichstraße 2, 44867 Bochum. It looks like its still a vacant lot with the faint outline of the drive-in still remaining.
Some more notes about this historic theatre, it burned down in October 1938 but was quickly rebuilt and reopened in December that same year. The world premier of the Nick Cave film “The Proposition” (that was shot in locations close to Winton) was screened there in 2005 as well.
Original owner was F.Brook - his name on the front facade of the building with the year of construction. Ownership history:

F. Brook 1941-71
Finally after Brook passed away the theatre was sold to Allan Dohnt who operated it until closure in 1983/84.
The ticket box looks like its been incorporated into the house design which is kind of cool, also the concession building still remains as of October 2022.
29 Trestle View Lane maps exactly to the site, Google Maps has problems finding 7600 Stine Hill Rd….For the purposes of accuracy the address should stay as the Trestle View Lane address IMO.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but in a May 2023 aerial photo, the screen and concession building appear to have been demolished. You can only see this view on the Google Earth Pro app, it hasn’t been updated on the web version yet.
This actually appears to have re-opened because its currently operational, its now called Shoebox Drive-in. Website address is https://www.shoeboxdrivein.ca/ and the approximate address is 159 Truro Rd, Westville.
This drive-in was located about half a mile north of the town on SK-25, there’s a property directly south of the hotel along this road, this is where the drive-in was. An old Google Earth image from 2012 shows the ramp marks and screen/concession building foundations. Nothing remains, a house has been built on the site.
The West is still visible in a 1981 aerial photo but it’s hard to say if it was open.
Apparently closed on May 29 1977.

The land was redeveloped into a housing estate in 2018.
Its being replaced with Mission and Ramona Business Park, which will be a mix of industrial buildings and warehouses.

Historical aerial images seem to show the second(?) screen actually stood until the late 90’s.
Unfortunately the site has already been cleared, a May 2023 aerial photo shows ramps bulldozed down to dirt and concession building being dismantled.

The site was completely cleared in 2020 and a new building has been constructed on the site, its currently being used by PFD Food Services.
Yep, Seattleprojectionist is correct, its now Ernie’s Fuel Stop which is mostly a parking lot for trucks.
I suspect “T Hetherington” was Tom Hetherington, who also ran a drive-in at nearby Balfour in the late 1940s.
