A 1985 view of the Chief Theater in Pueblo open and showing movies here and here and a 1987 view here and here closed and for sale for $75,000. Sounds like a bargain. What great detail the the thunderbirds were in the small hexagon openings on each side of the “Chief” sign.

Hello Ed blank. Two of the downtown Leesville theaters were the Polk and the Vernon. No info on the third one or the drive in.
Down the road in Deridder were the Uptown and Realart theaters.
