This opened by Cineplex Odeon as the Promenade Cinemas on August 1st, 1986 by Cineplex Odeon and Closed in February 2001. Later in 2001 Rainbow Cinemas, based in Regina reopened it and it was taken over by Imagine Cinemas in 2016.
