The St. Clair Ave address was the correct address back in the day, but they made St. Clair Ave a limited access road. So an access road was built so 8601 California Dr. is the correct address now.
Between 1954 and 1966 the drive-in was rebuilt and a new screen tower was built on the east end of the lot. It looks like to increase the size of the parking ramp.

You can tell they put the Cinema-Scope screen in front of the flat screen. A lot of drive-in theatres did that.

It was operated by Malco Theatres,Inc 1975-1986 also.
