I saw Godzilla vs. Megalon at the State in 1976 when it was released in the US… It was playing mostly “B” movies, and I don’t think it lasted much longer.

Google Street View images dated 2023 show this building still standing; it was the red brick building on the corner that was demolished in 1999.
The actual address is 220 1st St NORTH, not SOUTH.

This building IS NOT demolished. It is currently a cafe. Also, the correct address is 838 NW 23rd St, Portland Oregon.
