Although it alwys looked to me like a closed theatre marquee when ever I have seen it on TV, the clip reveals as most likley a vehicle. I realized that it is unlikley that marquee would extend over the street that way. Thanks to all who took the time to respond.
New shows are on NBC but I don’t think the theater is seen in he montage of the newer shows. You are more likely to see it at the beginning of th reruns on the USA cable network.
