If this link is about the same KinoPark cinema listed here, the cinema had six screens at opening.

The opening ceremony of KinoPark cinema in Yerevan mall.

The construction works of the Cinema, lounched in February 2015, has successfully completed in 10 months and now is ready to host a large ammount of audience.

KinoPark has 6 halls,from which 4 has 119 seats, one 125 and one premium hall with 30 person capacity.All of them are equipped with modern and high quality cinema equipment,with unique 4K ULTAR HD screens and Dolbi Atmos sound quality. All movies are in 3D image in all 5 halls.

The desigh and manufacture of KinoPark is done by German famous and leading company : Dicinex.

The Palace Theater was built in 1919 but its opening was on March 5th, 1920.

The photo at the top of this page is not a current photo. Greer Iron Works used the building for storage prior to the 1994 renovation. The Cactus Theater is still open as a live performance venue. Click the Related Websites link for their current schedule.

The info comes from an article in the Times Record from Troy, NY dated June 13th, 1963. At the time of the fire, the building contained printing presses. Not certain what kind of printing was being done there.

This NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES INVENTORY – NOMINATION FORM states that “The original warehouse was modified twice during the historic period; once in 1908 when the length of the building was extended to its present size, and again ca.1924 when the height of the stone walls was increased to accommodate the buildings use as a movie theater”.

The building predates 1924, but the building was modified around 1924 for use as a movie theatre.

More than likely, this theatre is Schieffelin Hall which was built in 1881 and still exists at 402 E. Fremont St. Information can be found at the following link.

The ad above is a little misleading. That ad is a grand reopening ad from May of 1930.
