Hello, just asking but i seem to think when your in a negotiation you should not still sell it before the negotiations are thru with other people, thanks
Hey this was a good comment, we will then have Home Police to do a NO KNOCK to check and see if you have others that have not paid to see the movie,, GOOD ONE!
They wiil surely LOSE a lot more then what they do today
I do not think it would ever work, to many chains to many big boys wouuld shut it down, theaters ALL across the country would shut down, there would be no one wanting to go ‘out'anymore and well the era of theaters would no longer be
Not quite, the Lawford story was really about 2 people named mike and paul sad yes, but again you obviously have so much time on your hands that you feel the need to make threads on anyone and anything so that you might be noticed,,, for attention
i have no ideal what your mission in life is except you always seem to post negative comments and a lot of bull here, please in the future refrain from starting things and keeping them going i.e. (Lawford) thanks bye now
i have one in South Texas near Laredo that has never been anything but a theaer only theater in town, nearest is 32 miles away seats 750 with balcony, all neon etc works, currentyly a church that is moving out in May last oerated 1 year ago as theater to some folks that did not know how to run one. thanks
It is doubtful you ever will with the current owner ‘frank’ he just takes the money and keeps the doors open, its needs 1000’s of dollars of money to fix the heating, roofing, etc, it will never be a good theater until the town supports it or better yet, the city buys it and restores it, at this moment with all the BAD wiring it could burn down at any minute, you should see behind the stage where ‘open’ wires are and in the control booth, i am somewhat surprised the city has not closed it for violations but i guess if it takes somebody suing and or losing there life then that is what it will take.
let us know the amount and the info thanks
