Located in the Semoran Village Shopping Center. This opened on December 25, 1970 with Peter Fonda in “Easy Rider” & “Paul Newman 9n "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid”. It was built by Chris McGuire theatre but opened and operated by Cobb Theatres. It was closed down by Floyd Theatres on March 14, 1993 with Macauley Culkin in “Home Alone” & Craig Sheffer in “A River Runs Through It”. It was converted into a health spa.

Christmas Day 1970 grand opening ad in photo section.
Project was started by Chris McGuire Cinema Circuit in 1969 but ended up a Cobb Theatre at launch. It opened December 25, 1970 with “Easy Rider” and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.“ It closed March 14, 1993 with "Home Alone 2” and “A River Runs Through It.” It was retrofitted as a spa soon thereafter.
