New Palace Theatre

Opened in 1914 as the Palace Theatre, it had 265 seats. In 1945 it was remodelled to the plans of architect Henry A. Raapke. Listed as the New Palace Theatre in the Film Daily Yearbook of 1950. Also listed there as seating 380. The New Palace Theatre was closed on January 3, 1960 with Albert Sharpe in Darby O'Gill and the Little People".

The Palace Theatre operated as a movie house from its opening in 1914 until closing its doors for the final time on January 3, 1960 with Walt Disney’s “Darby O'Gill And The Little People” as its last film. Sitting abandoned after closing, it was unknown what happens afterward.
