The Midland Reporter-Telegraph noted that Hollywood Theaters originally opened it as the Movies 10 with 6-screens on November 8, 1996. The other 4-screens opened on November 22, 1996. On December 9, 1996 it was renamed Tall City 10. Wallace Theaters purchased Hollywood Theaters in 1999, and four more screens were added in 2005. The Tall City Stadium 14 became a Regal on April 1, 2013. They closed it on July 20, 2023.
In September 2023 it was taken over by Cinergy Entertainment Group Inc. but has remained closed.

Regal posted the closing of the Regal Tall City as July 20, 2023 .
This opened as the Movies 10 with six screens on November 8th, 1996, with four more screens opening on November 22nd and renamed Tall City Cinemas on December 3rd, 1996. Small grand opening ad posted.
