Located in the northeast of the city centre. The Menil Palace was opened in 1919 and was designed by architect Eugene Vergnes. It was remodelled in an Art Deco style in the 1930’s. It was still open in 1975, but had closed by 1985 when it was screening Bollywood films.

It has been converted into a supermarket.
