The theater is on the north side of 25th Avenue between Eliott Street and Federal Boulevard. It is a Spanish Revival style brick structure which opened in 1926. The layout of the building consists of a small lobby with bathrooms on either side, a ticket booth in the center and a single span 3,500 sf main theater with a sloped floor, elevated stage and concrete mezzanine. There is a brick projection booth elevated from the mezzanine by a few feet.
The structure was most recently used as a church (2006) and this was followed by several years vacant and in need of a renovation. It had now converted into residential use.

It appears that the Granada is now a residential rather than commercial property. Most of the original exterior looks to have been preserved.
First mentioned in the Denver Post in the classified ads in 1926.
