The Petit Cine I & II was Albany’s only adult movie theatre opening on June 25, 1973 with screen 1 playing “Head Nurse” & “Eyeball” & “Juice” & “Waitresses” playing in screen 2. In later years screen 1 played straight films and screen 2 played gay male films. It closed in 1983 and became a Jiffy Lube oil change business, which is now closed. The building is still there, boarded up.
