The building is still there and “Lincoln” is in marble at the entrance. It’s now a kitchen countertop company. I walked in to check it out and it’s pretty much a workshop in a bad neigborhood. The former movie poster spots are still there on each side of the entrance. Very small building now.

The owners of Two Chicks and a Hammer, whose show “Good Bones” runs on HGTV, bought and renovated this property in 2019/2020 into a bistro/shop: https://www.twochicksdistrictco.com/about

During the reno the “Two Chicks” uncovered the name “Lincoln” over the front entrance and on the lintels above the former movie poster sites. These were retained, as well as the marble identification at the entrance. However the entrance was repositioned to the site of the lintel closest to Lincoln Street.
