McClurg Court Cinemas To Close
CHICAGO, IL — The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that the McClurg Court Cinemas is set to close by September 2, while Cinema Treasures volunteer Bryan Krefft reports it may already be closed:

I think the McClurg has already closed…it’s missing from Sony-Loews Cineplex’s daily ad in the Tribune and Sun Times movie listings today. It had been playing second-run and foreign (East Indian) movies for the past few months. What a shame. I’m sad to see this one go, certainly not the nicest looking theater in the city, but a treasure nonetheless…
