From the Regent’s ‘Regal Promenade’ (upstairs foyer) a flight of stair leads up left to the Lounge/Dress Circle section. From the landing (which doesn’t seem to have been Axminster carpeted yet) one can view the ten hundred weight chandelier and entrance lobby below.
