Obviously, this is the front cover of the February 1954 issue of the Albuquerque Progress, published by the Albuquerque National Bank. It original caption: “New San Jose Drive-In Theater, 3251 Broadway SE: Robert E. Morley, owner and contractor.”

I found this at New Mexico Digital Collections, and I couldn’t find a copyright notice anywhere in the publication. It’s from the Public Library Albuquerque Bernalillo County, which asserts that it does not hold copyright but adds, “Photo rights are reserved to the Albuquerque Museum.” I think it’s in the public domain, but what do I know?
