Requiem for the end of an era

Christine Nesbitt writes - Lots of great memories there as a young child, teenager and adult. My father worked there not long after it opened he was Dan Dan the Skyline Man going around to all the cars with ice creams drinks and chips.

When we were little mum and dad always snuck us in, they put us on the backseat with a blanket over us. I love the playground It was great fun then and as an adolescent I was there with my boyfriend, watching movies such great memories.
