Sadly last nights movie (The Mag 7) on Telly made me think of my time seeing the original movie here on the Wodonga Skyline Drive Inn Big screen, when it was first released. “The Magnificent 7” with the original crew, what a movie, etched into my memory as a child now over 50 years ago, Mum and dad(dad and his thermo’s of hot coffee, which fogged up the windscreen at times) in the front, my sister and me in the back in a MK1 Zephyr looking over the front seats towards the big screen. Ahhh!! some patrons choosing to leave just before the end quickly, to avoid the pandemonium of cars fighting to be the first one’s to leave, exit was on the right of the screen or the rear exit onto Melrose drive. Mostly we waited till the storm passed before we left - Contributed by Greg Lynch for the sake of history -
