The Vaudeville Theatre first opened its doors on Mon Jan 3rd 1898 to a packed house with the burlesque production of Sleeping Beauty which starred Mr Harry Neville, and since then has entertained many patrons during its varied reincarnations as a picture Theatre, a Bohemian club, a furniture factory, a panel beaters and its current foray as a Toy Museum!
