Contrary to reports that Lou Bunin’s Alice in Wonderland was barred from release by Walt Disney Productions, it was released in the U.S. at the same time as Disney’s “Alice.” Both were in SoCal theaters in later summer and early fall 1951. This ad for the Panorama appeared on September 1, 1951.
