The top picture shows the original screen and the original traces of the Starlite Drive-In when it opened on May 30, 1950.

The bottom picture shows the Starlite during the week of its final day of operation, which is September 4, 1988. The Starlite closed following alcohol sale concerns after four local teenagers were accused and charged by the Bozeman Police Department with misdemeanor charges with the possession of underage drinking. The management has no choice but to close the theater after its final screening of “Crocodile Dundee II” in connection of the alcoholic incidents.
