It is difficult to ascertain whether the building once housing the Dixie exists or not. This is a photo of the portion of Main St. containing the Waldorf Café from before 1920. The corner is Main at Barbaro Alley. The first listing for the Waldorf Café near this address is from 1905-6. The Dixie was upstairs, possibly in a former hotel site. Wonderland, also in the photo, could be an arcade or nickelodeon. No information has been located outside this image and it is just as much and enigma as the Dixie.
