This photo of the same block of Consulado St between Animas and Trocadero in the year 1955, you can see in the top left, behind the Hotel Lido neon sign, the sign for the Verdun Theater and a little further you can appreciate the Majestic Theater sign. Big difference that a half century of neglect did to the area.
