Its the State Theatre (former Modi Theatre) circa 1946 within the expanded Modi Theatre Building. Here, the Modies have remove their old fashioned sidewalks in front of the State and adjoining businesses to remove the risk of falling on the ice. They will do so for the near neighboring Ohio Theatre, as well. The Ohio is just one business away to west and you see it in the opening in the distance with the marquee just barely seen on its face.
