Comment - This photo was taken during the approx late 60’s into the 70’s. From memory Reg Boulter was the exhibitor. He had converted the hall into a cinema with an elevated back stalls area

Kerri Herft - I remember going there with my brothers and sisters when it was a movie theatre even won a Xmas hamper

Dennis Ryan - Remember the milk bar across the road, jammed packed with kids pinching Lollies and other kids interval passes. DAVEY CROCHET MOVIES, THE ALAMO, NEWS, CARTOONS, GOOD TIMES, AND EVERYONE WOULD WALK TO AND FROM THE PICTURES ON SATURDAY ARVO.

Greer Miles Wow… Now that brings back memories… saw chitty chitty bang bang there many many years ago and others… went across the road to get our lollies…
