Tegtmeier said the theatre was built in 1939.

From Architect and Engineer, July 1948 THEATER BUILDING at Watsonville (500 seats) will be built by T. H. Rosewall, Watsonville contractor at a cost of $100,000. Vincent G. Raney, San Francisco, is the Architect.
