A bit confusing – if not incorrect – but I believe that this Bennett and Straight architectural drawing from 1947 is a first draft a replacement for the Ecorse Theatre. It was then altered and became the new-build Harbor Theatre in Ecorse opening in 1948 with the original theatre continuing to operate a bit longer before closing.
