In this Google Street View screen grab dated October 2008, you can see the partially dismantled screen.

Of course, this image is Copyright 2008 Google. I have posted it here as a fair use illustration pinpointing the date when the Midway’s screen came down. It’s a small thumbnail of a much larger Google Street View image, and I wanted to capture and save it before it was replaced by a newer version.
