Princess Theatre 163 Spring Street, Melbourne, VIC.

Photo - Built in 1886, the Second Empire styled theatre is decorated with intricate carvings, statuettes and beautiful cast iron roof cresting. The Princess' was one of the finest works of the great Melbourne architect William Pitt.
