Bonus shot: With oil derricks everywhere in the background, Pershing Theatre #3 is shown here in Burkburnett at the right side of the picture. Likely a shot taken in 1919. BTW: Pershing Theatre #2 was in the oil boom then bust town of Newtown later Thrift, Texas which was in the northwestern extension of the Burkburnett Oil Field. And Pershing Theatre #1…. maybe for another day.
